I have been thoroughly disappointed in the results thus far.I have had to call the local service team to return to my house on at least three different occasions.

I still have broadleaf weeds throughout my yard (Mid-September). And when I recently called to complain about my yard, the customer service representative tried to sell me the need to have a core aeration done for my lawn. To add insult to the matter, a member of the local management team was suppose to come out to speak to me at my home last Wednesday and no one called or showed up.

I finally received a return phone call 5 days later (this morning), giving me an apologize for not showing up and lack of a return call.Who does this?

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $300.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
