Granted, and I take full responsibility for my being late twice in the beginning. But I was told I wouldn't be a good fit to remain an employee at WEEDMAN, because I serviced a yard that in the notes said,"Do not service before 3:30.

That particular day it was 113 and we we're getting pulled in earlier at 2:00 p.m. there's more but I'm busy trying to find another job. But I will be speaking to someone at corporate and HR about this. How can I be penalized for doing my Job just not when the customer wanted.

I had only been working there in just under a month and wasn't really given the opportunity to get the tech position down pact.

And the person doing the run schedule should know the notes as well and called the customer and rescheduled if we were coming out of the 113 degree weather earlier than that. I feel set up if you ask me.

This company has been to my home in Marietta numerous times and still never provided a service. I have spoke to only two representatives in setting this particular weed treatment up for my backyard.

So far they have done no such thing here at my property they only leave door hangers on your door and pretend they have provided a service. They have charge my account $29 and another one of $61. They dont come out to do any particular work that they claim.

They supposed to take pictures once a service have been done and still, I have not seen any particular pictures. I would definitely not recommended service for anyone to have them to come out to also rip them off of acting like they are doing a weed treatment for you.

I've used Weedman for a couple of years now. It was always kind of hit or miss but promising at times.

At our current house, they promised to get the Dallis grass and weeds under control as well as help with fertilization and growth. Haven't really gotten either. The weeds are still coming back, the Dallis grass is actually worse.

TLDR: they talk a good game but fail to live up to any meaningful expectations. Continue on if you want a thorough review.

I asked for someone experienced to come out to discuss my issues with growth, weeds, the overpopulation of Dallis grass and my perceived lack of product being applied during treatments (there are cameras around the house and have noticed the lackadaisical approach to applying the product).

The first question was how often the yard was cut.

I said every week to two weeks depending on growth. His response was grass should be cut every 7-10 days. Not sure why this was entirely relevant since my yard is generally maintained within that window. Furthermore, if there's little to no growth, then cutting will do no good.

The manager that came out basically insinuated that it was my fault, that this was a partnership between client and provider... He also mentioned that the yard had an abundance of thatch which we really don't have here. Dethatching at least in my experience is when there is roughly an inch or more of thatch growth that blocks water and nutrients from being effective. There are a couple of sections that could be loosely considered thatch that are only a few inches in diameter in a single 1/8 inch layer at best.

I presume that's why aeration is more widely used here.

I wanted them to apply additional applications per the agreement (the second time that I had to request this and was never previously completed) and come up with a better plan that suits my property and instead I got a lecture that I didn't ask for even though I politely made it clear I was inordinately busy and that I just needed them to do what they were hired to do but the response was that because I didn't want to sit there and listen to him drone on for an extended length of time listening to his inane commentary that maybe we were not a good fit.

You sir are correct, I find Weed Man services to not be a good fit and I would not recommend your products and services. I would actively discourage others from pursuing products and services from Weed Man as well.
